3. Payment and Billing All payments are processed securely through our authorized third-party payment processor (Stripe). By submitting payment information, you grant us the right to provide this information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the payment. Prices for all services are listed in USD.

4. Intellectual Property All original content, features, and functionality on this website are the exclusive property of EDDY DIGITAL LLC. Any campaigns, ad copy, or custom web development work created for clients remain our intellectual property until all final payments have been made and cleared, at which point ownership of the specific deliverables transfers to the client as outlined in their individual service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDDY DIGITAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use our services; or (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
