Refund and Cancellation Policy

At EDDY DIGITAL LLC, we strive to ensure absolute clarity regarding our digital marketing services. Please read our fulfillment and refund policies carefully before engaging our services.

1. Digital Marketing Services Our marketing services (including SEO, Web Development, and Google Ads management) are labor-intensive and require upfront strategy, research, and execution.

• Monthly Retainers (SEO & Ads): You may cancel your monthly marketing services at any time by providing written notice to info@eddydigitalagency.com at least 15 days before your next billing cycle. Services already rendered and billed for the current cycle are non-refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds for canceled months where the work has already commenced.

• Project-Based Work (Web Development): Deposits for custom development projects are non-refundable once the initial design or strategy phase has commenced. If a project is canceled prior to completion, you will be billed for the prorated hourly labor completed up to the date of cancellation.

2. Chargebacks and Disputes Because digital marketing involves allocating time and non-recoverable resources on behalf of the client, we strictly enforce our refund policies. We encourage our clients to contact us directly at info@eddydigitalagency.com to resolve any issues or dissatisfaction regarding an ongoing campaign before opening a dispute with their credit card issuer.
